The Coalition of Sustainable Communities New Mexico (CSCNM) has two different kinds of membership, Member Communities and Affiliate Members. Please contact us below to learn more about joining our coalition.
Member Communities
CSCNM Member Communities may be cities, counties, and Native American Pueblos, Nations and Tribes in New Mexico, represented on the Coalition by an elected official. Member Communities are full members with full voting privileges on the Coalition. They participate in decision-making about CSCNM policies, priorities, and actions, and they bring the concerns of their constituents to CSCNM. As a Coalition, CSCNM works to align policy interests and goals among Member Communities into one strong and coordinated voice advocating for a sustainable future.
Affiliate Members
CSCNM Affiliate Members are non-governmental organizations, educational institutions, businesses, and other groups committed to advancing sustainability in New Mexico. Affiliate Members provide crucial experience and insights that help guide CSCNM priorities. Representatives of Affiliate Members participate in most meetings and Working Groups as non-voting members.
